Professional Growth for Educators to Drive Student Success!

I have enjoyed working in international education for the past 27 years. After raising my family and beginning my teaching career in rural Kansas, I was offered an opportunity to teach in Karachi, Pakistan—a life-changing decision that sparked my passion for international education. From that point on, I knew this would be my professional path for years to come. Following my time in Pakistan, I transitioned into school administration, serving in leadership roles in Nigeria, Honduras, Paraguay, Mexico, and the United States.

I hold a B.S. in Business and an M.Ed. in Educational Administration, both from Fort Hays State University in Kansas. I am also a certified Board of Education trainer through the Association of International Schools in Africa (AISA), a regional educational association serving the continent. Since receiving that certification, I’ve had the privilege of training school boards in Nigeria, Senegal, Niger, several schools in Honduras, and Paraguay.

On a personal note, I have three children and four grandchildren, who live in Arizona, Washington State, and Taiwan. I currently reside in Arizona, where I enjoy a wide range of hobbies including drawing, reading, playing the piano, crocheting, fitness, art journaling, and the ongoing challenge of keeping my desert plants alive—both indoors and out.
