
Lisa Ciampi, Ed.D.
Instructional Coaching
Dr. Ciampi has over 25 years of teaching experience instructing middle-level, secondary, and graduate students, and is an adjunct instructor for Wilkes University. In addition, she has worked as a copy editor for a printing company since 2005. Passionate about researching and applying instructional best practices, she focuses on how to sustain innovativeness in education. Her areas of specialization include educational leadership, growth mindset, design thinking, and system-wide cohesiveness.
Married for over 22 years to her husband Lou, they have three very active teenagers: Louis, Nicholas, and Mia. She enjoys playing, coaching, and watching her kids play soccer, among their many other activities. In her free time, Dr. Ciampi also enjoys spending time with her family, walking with her two golden doodles, Snoopy and Jack, reading, going to the beach, and listening to podcasts.
