Professional Growth for Educators to Drive Student Success!

Since graduating from Shippensburg University in 2003 with a B.S. in Elementary Education, I’ve remained committed to being a lifelong learner. I returned to Shippensburg for graduate studies and earned an M.Ed. in 2007, becoming a certified Reading Specialist. In 2014, I completed an M.S. in Educational Development and Strategies from Wilkes University. I have continued to pursue graduate-level coursework to better support the evolving needs of students and fellow educators.

I’ve been a proud member of the Chambersburg Area School District since 2003. For the first eleven years, I taught fifth grade before transitioning to my current role as a Title I Interventionist. In this position, I provide supplemental reading instruction and math support to students in grades K–5 and collaborate closely with classroom teachers to enhance instructional strategies and student outcomes.

In addition to my role in public education, I serve as an online and remote course facilitator with PLS 3rd Learning. I thoroughly enjoy the opportunity to engage with educators from a variety of districts, sharing ideas and exploring best practices together.
